About the Gallery

In 1987, GALLERI WEINBERGER was established at Valkendorfsgade 13 in Copenhagen. The gallery operated from this location for over 30 years with focus on non-figurative international contemporary art and modern Danish art. Over the years, a significant part of the gallery's attention has been directed towards abstract expressionism and concrete art.

In 2019, the gallery was relaunched under the name GALLERI WEINBERGER SCHANDORFF. The relaunched gallery continues to have a strong focus on concrete and abstract art. The gallery primarily - but not exclusively - showcases visual art and sculptures by Western artists at art fairs, pop-up events, and exhibitions - both group and solo shows.
